ISLAMABAD, July 27 (TNS): Member Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) from Sindh Justice (r) Abdul Ghaffar Soomro has taken oath as acting Chief Election Commissioner.
Abdul Ghaffar Soomro took the oath of acting CEC Sardar Raza Khan has left for London on 10-day visit to attend 16th Cambridge Conference.
Justice (r) Abdul Ghaffar Soomro took the oath at a ceremony held at the Office of ECP here. Member Punjab ECP Altaf Ibrahim Qureshi administered oath to Justice (r) Abdul Ghaffar Soomro.
The oath ceremony was attended by Members ECP and high officials.
