Karachi: Feb 19, 2022 (TNS): The process of submitting nomination papers for polls on Senate vacant seat gets underway following disqualification of PTI Senator Faisal Vawda.
The list of the nominated candidates will be displayed on Monday, while scrutiny will be held on 24th of this month.
The polling for the vacant seat will be held on 9th of next month at Sindh Assembly in Karachi.
In a statement, Sindh Election Commissioner said that the revised list of candidates will be displayed on 3rd of next month in light of the decisions of the tribunal.
The date for withdrawal of nomination papers is 4th of next month.
