Islamabad: Mar 29, 2022 (TNS): Addressing a media workshop in Islamabad today, he urged the journalists to strive for providing solution-focused analysis of contemporary issues instead of overemphasizing negative aspects.
The Director General said journalists should provide a fact-based picture of the story irrespective of their political affiliation, enabling the common man make his decisions rationally.
He said ethical aspects of the journalism should never be ignored. He also stressed the need to train journalists in the realm of modern technology, enabling them to deal with contemporary journalistic issues like fake news.
