ISLAMABAD, August 03 (TNS): A senior Supreme Court lawyer Hashmat Habib said Thursday that character assassination is a curse and injurious to the dignity of society thus highly condemned however the allegation leveled by Aisha Gulalai is cognizable under law.
Habib, President Tehreek e Tahaffuz e Adlia said while commenting on the situation arising out of Gulalai’s allegations against Imran Khan and counter allegations by PTI leaders.
He said in a statement that disclosure of PTI MNA is admissible because notion of law is that no woman involves her honor by falsehood.
