Federal Minister for Defence and Defence Production, Lt Gen Anwar Ali Hyder HI (M), (Retd.), visited POF Wah Cantt this morning.
Chairman POF Board, Lt Gen Ali Amir Awan, HI (M) briefed the Minister about production capabilities of POF.
The Federal Minister appreciated the vital role POF was playing in fulfilling the defence requirements of Pakistan’s Armed Forces with stateof-the-art arms and ammunition. He also lauded provision of modern arms and ammunition to law enforcement agencies of Pakistan. The honourable minister visited the production sites and inaugurated the Self-Refurbished Production Plant of POF. He appreciated efforts and contribution of POF’s engineers, scientists and workmen towards Pakistan’s defence.
