Haripur : The decision on the objections filed by Tariq Chaman on the nomination papers of the candidate constituency PK 48 Faisal Zaman was given by Justice Kamran Hayat Mian Khel of the Peshawar High Court Abbottabad bench to the nomination papers of Faisal Zaman. According to the details that have been declared correct, an appeal was filed by Tariq Chaman against the approval of the nomination papers of Faisal Zaman in the court of Peshawar High Court Abbottabad Bench Applicant Tribunal Justice Kamran Hayat Mian Khel, on which Faisal Zaman High Court Abbottabad Bench Justice Kamran Hayat Mian Khel while delivering the verdict rejected Tariq Chaman’s appeal and upheld the approval of Faisal Zaman’s nomination papers.
