Pakistan army soldiers allegedly beat up police officials in Bahawalnagar after a dispute over illegal weapons recovery from one of the family members of a soldier.
According to the Bahawalnagar Police, 35 to 40 armed men of Pakistan Army came to Police Station A Division in 7-8 vehicles, snatched the keys from a Police personnel and entered the station and ransacked it. The officials were beaten with rifle butts, sticks, the army personnels also tortured the police station SHO.
They vandalized the official CCTV and took away the DVR.
