ISLAMABAD: (PR: Dated April 30, 2024): On the special instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the administration of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is conducting step wise E-Katchari’s. In this regard, the water supply department of CDA organized an e-Kachari on Tuesday in view of the facilities of the citizens. In which the online complaints of the citizens were received while considering the issues related to water supply.
The concerned officers including DG Water Management of Capital Development Authority (CDA) answered the questions of the citizens online. Online complaints were also received from all sectors and areas of Islamabad on this occasion. On this occasion, the water supply department of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) assured that the complaints received would be redressed within twenty-four hours.
On this occasion, a separate helpline number 03357775444 has also been launched by the water supply department of CDA for the convenience of the citizens so that the citizens do not face any kind of difficulties and the problems of the citizens can be solved at their doorstep.
Apart from this, the CDA administration also appealed to the citizens online to be careful in using water and avoid wastage of water so that maximum water can be used by the citizens.
