Upgradation of CDA One Window Operation has been completed
ISLAMABAD: (PR: Dated May 18, 2024): On the instructions of Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Muhammad Ali Randhawa, the necessary construction and repair work of CDA One Window has been completed along with the upgradation work. Likewise, CDA One Window operation hours have also been extended from 9AM to 9PM so that all possible facilities can be provided to the citizens.
In line with directions more desks have been set up at One Window CDA for the convenience of citizens. Similarly, special information counters have been established for the convenience of citizens, while counters for all facilities provided by CDA have been established at one window.
The process of digitization of record of CDA has also been started to ensure swift disposal of complaints and provsion of all facilities to the citizens under one roof.
