Today, a raid was conducted at the ETPB Office in Sargodha by team of FIA ACC consisting of Inspector Zahid Bhatti and ASI Mazhar Shah, resulting in the arrest of Deputy Administrator Amir Hayat Oulakh. Previously serving as Tehsildar in the CDA, he was nominated in FIR No. 05/2024 CCC for illegally and fraudulently sanctioning a mutation in favor of fictitious legal heirs, leading to the allotment of 11 plots worth 200 million to fabricated heirs.
