5th August Youm-E-Istehsal Kashmir, Pakistan will continue to support IIOJK people

Kashmiris on both sides of Line of Control and World over will observe Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir on Monday 5th August to register their protest against Narendra Modi-led Indian government’s illegal and fraudulent action taken on this day in 2019.
The observance of Youm-e-Istehsal is aimed at conveying a message to the world that Kashmiris do not accept India’s illegal occupation and reject Indian illegal moves of 5th Aug 2019 when it repealed the special status of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, Kashmiri leaders has urged Kashmiri people to observe Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir as Black Day to reaffirm their commitment to the UN recognized right to self-determination.
In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Kashmiri leaders have appealed to the Kashmiri people to observe August 5 as “Youm e Istehsal” to mark the fifth anniversary of India’s revocation of territory’s special status.
The Kashmiri leaders urged the international community to take effective notice of India’s actions in the occupied territory.
The purpose of celebrating Youm-E-Istehsal Kashmir is to convey the message to the world that Kashmiri does not recognize the illegal occupation of India and that the unilateral and illegal Indian move to end the special status of the occupied Kashmir.
Rejects the Kashmir issue is inevitable for sustainable peace and stability in the region, according to the wishes of the UN resolutions and the Kashmiri people.
It is to be noted that on August 5, 2019, the Indian government divided the occupied Kashmir into two federal units instead of one state and then non -locals were allowed to buy land to change the proportion of the population in the valley.
Apart from this, India had laid the toughest military siege to avoid any resistance by Kashmiris on their oppressive measures in the occupied valley, which is still ongoing.
The Youm-E-Istehsal is the day when the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir announced the strike as India made changes in their own constitution under section 370 and 35A.
Occupied Kashmir has to be part of Pakistan on the principles of partition India, which has been trapped, which has resulted in India continuing to oppress.
Our Kashmiri brothers and sisters were targeted by a palette guns, which resulted in a large number of people blinded, martyred.
The United Nations promised the right of Kashmiris to self -determination, but over time the world began to silence, but Kashmiris could not be silent, who have been standing against oppression since their childhood.
The large number of Indian soldiers in occupied Kashmir are enough to open the eyes of the world.India is trying to change the proportion of population in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, 30 to 40 million non -Kashmiris have been issued valley domicile.
Indian illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir is a continuation of the RSS’s Hindutva ideology, today India is destroying the region through its oppressive actions and state terrorism, which is a violation of all international laws and values.
The continuation of the inhuman military siege, conspiracies to change the proportion of the population, violations of human rights and international law, are pushing for humanity and security crisis in Jammu and Kashmir, India, which threatens regional security.
The people of South Asia want peace and stability and it can only be possible through meaningful consultation and dialogue between India and Pakistan.
The present government has promoted peace, but will not negotiate until India withdraws the steps taken on August 5, 2019. It is Pakistan’s promise to Kashmiri brothers and sisters that Pakistan is on every forum at this time will take up until the international community takes action on this issue.
It is the responsibility of the international community to emphasize serious human rights abuses and occupied Jammu and Kashmir to end unilateral and illegal occupation from August 5, 2019.
The Illegal measures are human rights violations and clearly hypocritical of international law. Through such Illegal measures, the Indian government’s war -torn rhetoric and hostile measures continue to continue the humanitarian crisis in occupied Kashmir and regional. India has tried to bring about changes to the Kashmiri population to undermine Kashmiris’ right to self -determination.
Kashmiris rejected the Modi government’s policy, which is the moral victory of Kashmiris.
The brutal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir occupied by India is not only a violation of international law but also basic. The global recognized principles of human rights are also ridiculed, India is continuing persecution in Kashmir, and the international community should not remain silent on this issue. The humanrights and aspirations of Kashmiris have been violated, however, from August 5, 2019, Jammu and Kashmir has been turned into an open jail. Kashmiris are making everlasting sacrifices against India’s illegal and vicious domination.Meanwhile, the minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has said Pakistan will continue to support the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their struggle for right to self-determination. Addressing a webinar organized by Pakistan Embassy in Berlin on the eve of Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir, he said the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir are rendering immense sacrifices. Referring to the Indian unilateral actions of 5, 2019, the Information Minister said these were aimed at disempowering the Kashmiri people, depriving them of voting rights and expelling them from their own land. The Information Minister said Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory. He said India’s brutal occupation of the territory is not only a violation of international laws, but also a mockery of internationally recognized principles of human rights. The Information Minister said Pakistan will continue to raise its voice for the Kashmiri people until the international community takes action on this issue. Attaullah Tarar said responsibility rests with international community to put pressure on India to end its blatant violations of human rights and the unilateral and illegal actions taken since 5th August 20219 in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
