After LoC, India now disturbing situation at the western border: Asif

Sialkot, August 6 (TNS): Newly appointed Foreign minister Khawaja Asif on Sunday claimed that India is disturbing situation at the western border as well as on the Line of Control.
Speaking to journalist in Sialkot, the minister said that Pakistan wants to normalize relations with India but the neighboring country is not taking it seriously.
Khawaja Asif said that Indian troops are violating ceasefire at the LoC and India is also pushing for disturbance at our western borders via Afghanistan.
He said Pakistan is working towards peace but ties between India and Pakistan would not be better unilaterally.
The minister said that Afghanistan needs to play a role for peaceful and stable region.
“Pakistan is fighting against terror for many years and our forces are to be accredited for the successful curbing of violence and terror attacks across the country”, the minister added.
