Karachi (TNS) Karachi A meeting of all departments was held at Town Municipal Corporation Mangho Peer Head Office which was presided over by Chairman Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi.
On this occasion, he said that all the departments should focus on improving their performance and with joint efforts, the institution can be taken on the path of development.
He directed each department to adopt effective strategies to achieve their goals and promote mutual cooperation.
He further emphasized that all the staff should perform their duties with integrity and dedication so as to increase the prestige of the institution. During the meeting, various ongoing projects were discussed and future plans were discussed.
And all sectors use modern technology and resources to make their performance more effective. The importance of teamwork in the development of an organization cannot be ignored, therefore allLeaders should maintain close contact with their subordinates and resolve public issues promptly.
He also said that all the ongoing projects should be completed within the stipulated time so as to increase the credibility and public confidence of the institution, especially stressing that transparency and accountability should be ensured at all levels and proper utilization of resources.
At the end of the meeting, a detailed report was asked from all the heads regarding the performance of their departments and said that important decisions will be taken based on the performance in the next meeting.
