ISLAMABAD (TNS) DG ISPR General Ahmed Sharif and Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar gave an important background briefing to the leaders of political parties on the Pak-India tension and the current national security situation.
This briefing is a high example of national solidarity and unity and consensus in the context of the Pak-India tension and the current situation., The background briefing to the political leaders was given in-camera at the PTV headquarters in which all political parties except Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf participated.
The briefing was given regarding the current national security situation between Pakistan and India and its implications, while the participants were informed about the defense preparations of the Pakistani armed forces, diplomatic measures and the state stance.
