Istanbul (TNS) The Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) Grand Youth Award Ceremony was held on the sidelines of the 51st Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Istanbul. The prestigious event honored H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with the ICYF Great Youth Award in recognition of his exceptional leadership and unwavering support for youth across the OIC region.
Mr. Fsahat Ul Hassan, Vice President of ICYF representing the Asian region, proudly represented Pakistan at this high-level gathering. As part of his engagement, Mr. Hassan had the honor of receiving President Erdoğan during the award ceremony and reaffirmed ICYF’s commitment to youth development and regional cooperation.
On the sidelines of the conference, Mr. Fsahat Ul Hassan also met with H.E. Senator Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan. During the meeting, he highlighted potential avenues for strategic collaboration between ICYF and the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme of Pakistan, focusing on empowering young people through international platforms, innovation, and leadership development.
The participation of Pakistan at this significant youth-focused event underscores the country’s growing engagement in OIC youth diplomacy and its commitment to strengthening global partnerships for youth empowerment.
