KARACHI (TNS) Karachi On the special directives of Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Inter-Provincial Coordination and Cooperative Department, Sardar Ehsaan ur Rehman Mazari, a “Complaint Cell” has been established to ensure the prompt resolution of public grievances, enhance transparency, and promote accountability within cooperative societies. The Complaint Cell was formally inaugurated by Sardar Mazari through a ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by Secretary Cooperative Qamar Raza Baloch, Registrar Cooperative Societies Wajid Sheikh, and other relevant officials.
Located at the Registrar Cooperative Societies Office, Noman Arcade near Mashriq Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, the Complaint Cell will receive all grievances, which will be thoroughly examined and forwarded directly to the Advisor for prompt action. Speaking to the media, Sardar Mazari stated that the center aims to provide swift solutions to public issues while ensuring institutional transparency. He emphasized that corruption or negligence in cooperative society matters will not be tolerated.
