ISLAMABAD (TNS): Chairman of Pyaas International Human Rights and renowned journalist and anchorperson Rana Imran Latif has officially launched a special nationwide campaign to distribute Zamzam water and Ajwa dates to patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across Pakistan.
Under this initiative, patients admitted to hospitals across the country — along with their attendants — will be provided with Zamzam water and dates.
In the first phase of the campaign, Rana Imran Latif visited Polyclinic Hospital in Islamabad, where he personally distributed Zamzam water and Ajwa dates to patients and their families. Speaking to the media on the occasion, he said:
“Serving humanity in distress is our mission. Just as we have expanded the ration and food charity program nationwide, this initiative will also be extended to all hospitals across the country.”
He further stated that the campaign, which began in Islamabad, has simultaneously been launched in hospitals across Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir. Starting today, patients in major hospitals nationwide will receive symbols of healing — Zamzam water and dates.
Rana Imran Latif expressed his gratitude to all friends and philanthropists contributing to this noble cause, saying:
“These are the people who give with one hand so that the other does not know — embodying the true spirit of selfless service.”
This new campaign by Pyaas International will run alongside the “Tayyar Khana” food charity program, ensuring that those in need, particularly patients, receive both physical nourishment and spiritual comfort.
