Islamabad (TNS) Mr. Aun Ali Syed, Vice President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), attended a prestigious event at the Press Club Brussels Europe, where distinguished diplomats, embassy officials, members of the European Parliament, and prominent international business personalities were present. The event was hosted by Mr. Nasir Muhammad and served as an important platform to discuss Pakistan–Europe relations, economic cooperation, and future trade opportunities between Pakistan and European countries.
During the event, Mr. Aun Ali Syed delivered an impressive and comprehensive speech focusing on the strategic importance of strengthening Pakistan–Europe trade relations and enhancing economic connectivity between the two regions. In his address, he highlighted Pakistan’s immense economic potential and emphasized that Pakistan offers significant opportunities for European investors in sectors including textiles, information technology, minerals, gems & jewelry, agriculture, tourism, renewable energy, and manufacturing. He stated that Pakistan’s business community is committed to promoting international partnerships, facilitating foreign investment, and creating stronger economic ties with Europe.
Mr. Aun Ali Syed further emphasized the importance of improving bilateral trade routes, increasing business-to-business cooperation, and encouraging institutional collaboration between Pakistan and European countries. He stated that stronger engagement between Pakistan and Europe would not only enhance trade volumes but would also contribute towards regional prosperity, economic stability, and sustainable development.
