Islamabad (TNS) Police Holds Women’s Personal Safety Awareness Seminar at Islamabad Model School for Girls،According to the details, Islamabad Police organized an informative awareness seminar on women’s personal safety and security at Islamabad Model School for Girls. The seminar aimed to educate teachers and students about personal safety measures, precautionary practices, and the importance of promptly contacting the police in case of any emergency.The seminar was addressed by Superintendent of Police (SP) City Zone Dr. Ayaz Hussain, SHO Women Police Station Misbah Shahbaz, and SHO Industrial Area Police Station Ishtiaq Shah. The speakers highlighted key aspects of personal safety, responsible behavior, identifying suspicious activities, and the importance of immediately reporting any untoward incident to the relevant authorities.Addressing the participants, SP City Zone Dr. Ayaz Hussain stated that the safety and security of women and female students remain among the top priorities of Islamabad Police. He urged the students to remain vigilant, avoid placing unnecessary trust in strangers, and immediately inform the police about any suspicious person, activity, or situation.He further emphasized that in any emergency, it is essential to remain calm and make timely and informed decisions. He advised students to stay in regular contact with their parents, teachers, and the police, and to report any issue without hesitation so that prompt and effective action can be taken.SHO Women Police Station Misbah Shahbaz briefed the participants on issues commonly faced by women, procedures for contacting the police, and the support services available for women.
