Islamabad (TNS) IGP Reviews Security, Crime Prevention and Policing in Secretariat Circle،According to the details, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi chaired a meeting with SDPO Secretariat Circle ASP Ali Raza Qureshi to review the overall law and order situation and policing measures in the Secretariat Circle.During the meeting, the IGP Islamabad reviewed effective patrolling, crime prevention, action against criminal elements, timely and merit-based investigation of cases, security arrangements, and the provision of quality police services to citizens.IGP Islamabad directed that field policing and patrolling be further strengthened, particularly at important and sensitive locations, to prevent crime and ensure an effective police presence. He also emphasized maintaining quality, transparency, and efficiency in investigations and ensuring that cases are brought to their logical conclusion strictly on merit and in accordance with the law.He further directed officers to ensure prompt response to citizens’ complaints and provide timely and professional police services. He stressed the need to strengthen coordination between police and the public and ensure effective measures for the protection of citizens’ lives and property.IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi stated that Islamabad Police is utilizing all available resources to prevent crime, maintain law and order, improve policing standards, and provide citizens with a safe and secure environment.
