Islamabad (TNS) A conference was organized at Kashmir House, Islamabad, on the occasion of the death anniversary of Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Gilani. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of Pakistan Awami Quwat (PAQ) Khaqan Waheed Khawaja said that we are Pakistanis, Pakistan is ours.
The struggle, ideology and sacrifices of Syed Ali Shah Gilani will always be remembered. May Allah Almighty elevate his ranks and grant freedom to the Kashmiri people. This program was organized under the auspices of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference and the Kashmir Liberation Cell. Important political and religious figures of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan, Hurriyat leaders, media representatives and dozens of people attended the conference. The speakers paid tribute to the life of Syed Ali Shah Gilani, the struggle for Kashmir’s freedom, perseverance and sacrifices and expressed their determination to highlight the struggle of the Kashmiri people for their right to self-determination.
