Islamabad, August 15 (TNS): The country cannot be developed till ideology of Hameed Gul is not applied in the correct way, said son of Hameed Gul, Mohammad Abdullah Gul.
An event, on eve his death anniversary, titled “Fikaray (ideology) Hameed Gul”, organized here on Tuesday by Pakistan Youth Movement to pay tribute to former DG-ISI General Retired Hameed Gul.
Abdullah Gul, head of Pakistan Youth Movement, on occasion, said that the country’s ideology can be prevailed until philosophy of Hamid Gul is implemented the correct ways.
He said that the movement would work for prosperity and defence of the country.
“We will continue to struggle for the country, freedom of Judiciary and will make Pakistan a country as Qauid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal had dreamed of.
We will play our role in each and every field to rise Pakistan and to safeguard rights of minorities”, Abdullah Gul added.
Maulana Sami ul Haq, head of Jamyat-e-Ulmai Pakistan (S), also attended the ceremony and paid rich tributes to Gen. Hameed Gul saying that Hamid Gul is not a person’s name but the name of movement.
Maulana Sami ul Haq further said that Gul had not only worked for betterment of Pakistan but practically worked for development of whole Islamic world.
