QUETTA. Aug 17, (TNS): MPA of Pashtoon Khwa Milli Awami Party and Public Accounts Committee Chairman Majeed Khan Achakzai will appear before the court today (Friday) in the wake of killing a traffic sergeant two months ago.
The poor cop, Atta Ullah Dasti, was overrun by a speedy vehicle of Achakzai on 20th June this year when he was busy in performing his duty at GPO chowk of the city.
Achakzai was arrested after four days of the incident only when media has highlighted it.
CCTV footage has clearly shown the careless driving of the lawmaker.
He abused media personal next day when he was taken to the court after being arrested. Media reports have also shown him enjoying luxuries and other facilities in the custody.
