KARACHI Aug. 18, (TNS): Four accused booked in a case pertaining to attack on the house of a lawyer escaped from court premises after a Sindh High Court bench rejected their bail application.
A bench headed by Justice Saleem Jaiser heard bail application of the accused Khalil Ahmed, his sons Jalil Ahmed and Tariq Ahmed and Kaleemullah in a case. When the judge rejected the bail application, the accused fled from the court premises to avoid arrest by police.
The accused were booked in an FIR registered over attack on the house of a lawyer Zaighm Hussain Advocate.
