Lahore, August 18 (TNS): Punjab Food Authority has launched a campaign to check quality of ketchup and tea available in the market.
During the campaign DG Food Authority, Noor-ul-Amin Mengal with his team collected the samples in the market
Noor-ul-Amin Mengal told TNS that samples have been sent to laboratory for analysis.
DG Food Authority further said that after samples’ analysis, results would be shared with shareholders and public.
Noor-ul-Amin Mengal said that checking process of items sold in the open market is very important for public healthcare.
The disease can be reduced by maintaining the quality of food items, added DG Food Authority.
