Shehbaz Sharif looks after Imran’s home ground
PESHAWAR Aug. 19 (TNS): While the leader of the Dengue-affected province KPK, Imran Khan, is enjoying summer days on the high mountains of Northern Areas, the neighboring province Punjab’s Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif is seriously concerned about the alarming situation of Dengue spread in KPK.
The CM Punjab province has sent several doctors’ teams, health units and many political leaders to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to help out the Dengue-affected people of KPK.
Upon getting telephonic instruction from the CM Shehbaz Sharif, the Punjab Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir sent the Director General Health Punjab along with four entomologists to KPK along with mobile health unit.
Health minister Punjab along with teams of doctors left for KPK at 11 am Saturday.

Governor KPK Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and Chief Minister Parvez Khattak were also on board.
Earlier Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif taking notice of the rapid spread of Dengue fever in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province had asked Health Minister of Punjab Khawaja Imran Nazir to immediately contact central government to take action for prevention of Dengue (a viral disease) rapidly spreading in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
