PESHAWAR, Aug 20 (TNS): The custom officials foiled a bid to smuggle foreign currency to Afghanistan and arrested two culprits and impounded a truck on Sunday.
Custom officials said that during search of an Afghanistan bound truck at Torkham border, one million Saudi Riyals were recovered.
The custom department took the recovered foreign currency into custody, impounded the truck, arrested the driver and conductor and started an investigation against them.
