LAHORE Aug. 22 (TNS): Deputy Mayor Ejaz Hafeez arrived at cattle market for the purchase of sacrificial animal and was stunned looking at sky-high prices.
Eid-ul-Adha is right around the corner where all Muslims according to Islamic principles slaughter animals. Deputy Mayor arrived to purchase a bull which was worth 15, 00,000 rupees.
Ejaz Hafeez preceded the bargain and presented an offer of two lacs that was straightly refused by the vendor.
Deputy Mayor advised fellow citizens to bargain and survey different markets before purchasing sacrificial animal considering the towering prices.
