ISLAMABAD Aug. 23 (TNS): Election Commission (EC) has issued notice to federal Minister for Commerce and Textiles Pervez Malik for violating code of electoral conduct pertaining to by-election in NA-120. EC has directed Pervez Malik to submit his reply within three days.
The notice issued to the minister says that EC has taken the action on the complaint of Pakistan Peoples Party’s candidate from NA-120 constituency Faisal Mir who accused Pervez of violating the code of electoral conduct.
