Two drug smugglers nabbed, heroin recovered at BB Airport

RAWALPINDI, 24 Aug (TNS): Airport Security Force (ASF) on Thursday foiled a bid to smuggle heroin abroad and arrested two drug smugglers.

According to ANF sources, Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) received information about a drug smuggler Gul Khan, a resident of Mala Kand, who came at Benazir Bhutto Airport for going to Abu Dhabi through Flight No VI-234.

During checking the ANF personnel found 2 kgs of  heroin from the luggage of the passenger and apprehended him.

Morever, a drug smuggler Asadullah, a resident of Kurram Agency, who came at Airport for going to Saudi Arabia through Foreign Airline Flight No 889 was also arrested after recovery of 568grams of heroin from his custody.

Subsequently, the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) handed over the smugglers to Airport police station.
