Islamabad, August 30 (TNS): Amid isolation threats from neighboring Gulf countries and Pakistan’s neutral stand, Doha has eased visa policy for Pakistanis.

Qatar on Wednesday announced new visa policy for Pakistan according to which Pakistani nationals can obtain visa on arrival for 30 days.

They can extend their stay for additional 30 days, it added.

QatarAirways statement issued by the Qatar embassy in Islamabad.

Pakistan’s exports to Qatar remain intact so far, showing no signs of an immediate fall in the aftermath of a diplomatic and political row between Doha and other Saudi led Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries which are key allies of Islamabad.

Pakistan had also announced to carry on the LNG export deal with tiny but oil rich nation which is facing isolation by neighboring states.
