ISLAMABAD Sept 13 (TNS): A three-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan will start hearing of Nehal Hashmi s contempt of court case today (Wednesday).
The three-member Bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and comprising two other members, namely, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan will hear the case.
During previous hearing, SC had indicted former senator Nehal Hashmi in a contempt of court case that was taken up under suo moto action. Nehal Hashmi’s counsel, Hashmay Haseeb will present his arguments during today’s hearing.
