PESHAWAR (NNI): Sept 16 (TNS): The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Directorate General of Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkwha signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at NAB Regional Bureau,
From NAB side Mirza Sultan Muhammad Saleem, Director Awareness and Prevention and Mr. Junaid Khan, Director General, Sports & Youth Affairs, Govt of KPK signed the MOU in the presence of Mr. Qamar Zaman Chaudhry, Chairman NAB and Brig ® Farooq Naser Awan, DG NAB KP. Nothing in this MoU shall be repugnant to NAB Ordinance (NAO), 1999.
Under the MOU, both the departments will work collaboratively for the awareness against the corruption and corrupt practices specifically and inculcate skill and un-reveal the potential talents in youth and academia and aware the public administration and society about the havocs of corruption through strategies and imparting knowledge to them for implementing and monitoring the public projects transparently as per the provision under section 33-C of NAB Ordinance, 1999
