ISLAMABAD, Sep 17 (TNS): National Accountability Bureau has plainly rejected the allegation leveled conjecturally on it of being under the pressure of extraneous elements.
In an explanatory statement issued on Sunday NAB has said that some conjectures and insinuations as to the pressures exerted by extraneous elements on NAB are completely baseless.
‘NAB wishes to reiterate that it remains independent and autonomous in discharge of its legal mandate and statutory functions without any bias’. The statement said.
