Karachi, Sept 28 (TNS): After serial attacks fear griped the metropolis as seventh woman fell prey to knife bursts in Karachi, officials say.
According to local police, a 28-year-old woman was attacked with knife in the Gulistan-e-Jauhar area on Thursday.
The woman, who was attacked Thursday afternoon, said that a man on a motorcycle, wearing a helmet, had attacked her with a sharp-edged instrument from behind.
Women are being targeted in the mysterious attacks, which have been reported near Rabia City and Jauhar Chowrangi are of Gulistan-e-Jauhar in the last three days.
These attacks sparked fear and panic among the area residents.
Police investigating the incidents but could not arrest any culprit involved in serial attacks.
