ISLAMABAD Oct 3 (TNS): Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said on Tuesday that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s government will complete the projects initiated by the former prime minister.
The PM was addressing the PML-N general council session at Convention Centre Islamabad.
He said that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged; however, to this day people do not accept the charges against him.
“The court gave a verdict against us on July 28 but history is a witness that no one accepted the verdict,” said the PM.
He said that in the next general elections after June, people will give a decision in favour of Nawaz Sharif.
Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that all the provincial chapters of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz elected Nawaz Sharif as president, leaving no chance for the opposition to show resistance.
