PESHAWAR Oct 10 (TNS): Official sources have told the construction work of defensive embankments on both sides of Kabul River is in progress.
The sources told that the project will be completed at a cost of more than thirteen billion rupees by next year.
On completion, it will protect Peshawar, Charsadda and Nowshera from future floods.
