Strife between civil administration and Military is not a good omen Rehman Malik

ISLAMABAD, Oct 15 (TNS): Chairman Standing Committee for Interior Senator Rehman Malik has warned that the current strife between civil administration and Military is not a good presage for the country.

Talking to media on Saturday Mr. Malik said that Current disputes and statements between institutions are not a good foreshadow as troubled institutions are harmful for the security and stability of the country.

‘’Statements, that weaken the national institutions should be avoided as countries strength lies in the strength and mutual cooperation and balance of the institutions. If the national institutions are strong, the country and the state will be strong. To come out of the difficult situations, the strengthening and coordination between the institutions is needed. He said.

While negating interior minister Ahsan Iqbal’s statement that Army should not opine about the economy of country Rehman Malik has said that every citizen and institution has a democratic right to criticize the if country’s economy is bad shaped.

‘’There is a direct link between peace and security as peace isn’t possible without economic growth. He praised Army and other of law enforcement agencies for their efforts to maintain peace. We are proud of our martyrdom sacrifices’’ he added

Rehman Malik has further said that we should prefer our political interests and relationships on national interests.

He said that the praising of the efforts of Pakistan Armed Forces by American President Donald Trump  is actually acknowledgment  that Pakistan is giving hundred percent to eradicate terrorism. Pakistan has sacrifices more than anyone in the war against terrorism.
