Sindh Rangers seize huge cache of arms in Karachi

Karachi, Oct. 15 (TNS) – The Pakistan Rangers on Sunday seized huge cache of weapons from Karachi’s Maiman Goth area.

According to details, Rangers carried out the search operation on a tip-off and recovered the weapons hidden in a water tank.

The paramilitary force also claimed to have arrested one suspect.

Rangers spokesperson has said that the weapons were found from Darsano Channu belonged to Bab Ladla group and include four SMGs, two 3-bore pistols, one MP-16 rifle, one raptor, one 7mm rifle, 21magazine and 891 bullets.

Gang war members had hidden the weapons in wake of the search operation, told the spokesperson.

Rangers have appealed the citizens to assist the Rangers in eliminating terrorism and inform about suspected activities on 1101.
