Lahore, Oct 16 (TNS): Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique says DG Inter-Services Public Relations’ press conference was balanced and it should not be made controversial.

He was talking to the media persons after issuing Pakistan Railways’ four years performance in Lahore on Monday.

The Minister said there is no dispute between Pakistan Army and the government and Pakistan will move forward with collaboration among all its institutions.

He said the politics of disliking, allegations and sit-ins has disturbed the country a lot and it should come to an end now, as the state needs serious and sincere politics for
progress.

About performance of Railways, the Minister said exemplary reforms have been introduced in Railways in recent years to improve its condition.

He said merit has been promoted in Railways.

To a question, Khawaja Saad Rafique said Pakistan Railways received no bailout package from the government to improve its economic situation.
