Lahore, Oct 17 (TNS): Amid splits rumors in ruling party PML-N, Maryam Nawaz called on her uncle and Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif here on Tuesday.
The daughter of ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Nawaz met after almost six months of gap.

According to party sources, they exchanged views on the key political and party matters.
CM Shehbaz also inquired after Kulsoom Nawaz’s health condition who is under treatment in London and prayed for her early recovery.
During meeting, Shehbaz emphasised on better ties among all national institutions, saying the current atmosphere of confrontation between institutions “is not in the best interest of the country”.
“The present atmosphere of confrontation between institutions is not in the best interest of the country”, CM Shehbaz said.
