New Delhi, Nov 3 (TNS): India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday lashes out secular artist Kamal Haasan for his remarks about Hindu terrorism.

In his regular column in a popular Tamil weekly news magazine, Kamal Haasan writes, “The right wing cannot challenge talk of Hindu terrorists because terror has spread into their camp as well.”

BJP leader Vinay Katiyar and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh worker Rakesh Sinha, slamming Kamal Haasan asked that Hindu terrorism does exist.

Sinha said that Kamal Haasan is trying to resurrect a narrative which has already been denounced.

Meanwhile, BJP’s Vinay Katiyar said Kamal has lost it and claimed that Hindus can never be a terrorist.

Earlier, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy also challenged Kamal Haasan over his statement and asked him to prove his remark with facts.
