Islamabad, Nov. 6 (TNS): Pakistan Young Pharmacist Association and Pakistan Drug Lawyers Forum on Monday said that Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) is involved in corruption worth Rs. 25 billion annually.

Addressing to joint press conference here, they termed DRAP as the most corrupt department of the country.

They said that more than 4,000 poor patients died on a daily basis due to the sky high prices of cancer and hepatitis medicines.

They demanded the parliament Prime Minister, Presiden, Chief Justice, Army Chief, FIA and NAB to take notice of mega corruption in DRAP and urged them to bring these crooks, which play with human lives, to book.
