ISLAMABAD Nov 07 (TNS): Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi called on former premier Nawaz Sharif at the Punjab House on Tuesday.
Sources said the two discussed the ongoing situation in the country, party affairs and matters of the government.
Nawaz arrived at the Punjab House from Lahore on Monday to attend the corruption hearing against him and his family today.
Earlier today, Nawaz, the president of the Pakistan Muslim League-N, appeared before the accountability court hearing three Supreme Court-directed corruption references against him.
Several other party leaders and ministers, including National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, are at Punjab House.
