KARACHI Nov 10 (TNS): A man was arrested Thursday night here in Malir’s Saudabad locale on charges of murdering his wife, police said, a day after the victim’s body was recovered from her home.
Police revealed that the suspect — identified as Aslam — is accused of smothering his wife to death with a pillow.
Police also explained that suspect Aslam attempted to make the murder sound like a case of suicide.
A case has subsequently been registered against the suspect.
