Sydney, Nov. 14 (TNS): Grabbing headlines for the wrong reasons, Pakistani origin boxer Amir Khan has just landed in Brisbane, Australia to begin filming for a reality TV show I Am Celebrity.
According to Daily Mail, many other stars have been touching down at the Brisbane airport to make their jungle debuts.
Amir said to reporters that he was using this show as an excuse to stay out of trouble.
The boxer looked perfectly groomed after a long flight with his hair perfectly quaffed and a tamed beard.
Initially, the show bosses thought he would play a hunky single man to provoke some romance on the show. His on-again-off-again relationship with his wife Faryal Makhdoon would make him an interesting contestant on the show.
However, this news comes just a day after announcing his reconciliation with Faryal and Amir is keen to set things straight with her.
