Islamabad, Nov. 14 (TNS): President Mamnoon Hussain has underlined the need for further expanding research in space and cyber technology to meet the present day challenges on different fronts.
He was addressing the international conference on Aerospace Science and Engineering in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The President pointed out that our industry and trade is entering into an important phase and we need capable scientists to register successes in these sectors.
He expressed the confidence that the new generation of scientists will live up to the expectations and earn repute for the nation.
The President was confident that Pakistan with the cooperation of other countries and institutions will continue to register successes in the ongoing space related projects.
He said despite limited resources, our successive governments have open heartedly provided patronage to the space sector.
