PESHAWAR Nov 17 (TNS): Counter Terrorism Department arrested a terrorist Muhammad Bilal in Peshawar on Friday morning.
The terrorist belongs to a banned outfit and was wanted by Police in incidents of kidnapping and killing, a police official in 2014.
