Indian forces martyred Tehrik-e-Mujahideen commander in Srinagar

Srinagar, Nov. 18 (TNS): Mugais, a local commander of Tehrik-e-Mujahideen, indigenous freedom fighter group in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, has been martyred by Indian forces in occupied valley.

Shamefully, Indian authorities and media linked deceased commander with Daesh and Al-Qaeda.
According to spokesman of Tehrik-e-Mujahideen, Mujahid commander Mugais alias Umar Khatab was martyred during clash with Indian forces in Srinagar’s Hazrat Ball area.
During the shootout, a sub-inspector of Police and two Indian soldiers were killed and three other sustain injuries, spokesman of Tehrik-e-Mujahideen added.
Mugais got injured in the shootout.

He reportedly succumbed to the injuries later.
Indian authorities and media said that Mugais was earlier associated with LET.

However, spokesman of Tehrik-e-Mujahideen rubbished Indian claims that Mugais have had links with Ansar-e-Ghazwa-e-Hind, Daesh or Alqaeda.

After martyrdom of Mugais, thousands of Kashmiris took onto streets to protest against Indian oppression.
Indian authorities, later on imposed curfew in Srinagar to stop protests.
Ameer of Tehrik-e-Mujahideen Sheikh Jamil-ur-Rehman paid rich tributes to Shaheed Mugais saying that his blood would not go in vain and people of Kashmir would finally be liberated from Indian occupation.
