LAHORE Nov 22 (TNS): Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif says the provincial government has spent billions of rupees to ensure provision of civic amenities to people in remote areas, pursuing a policy of balanced development.
In a statement issued in Lahore on Wednesday, he said despite all hurdles and problems, the government has kept the mission of public service continued.
He said the PML-N government successfully handled the challenges of power shortage and law and order with strenuous efforts.
